In this recipe, a mixture of spices like coriander seeds, asafoetida, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala and garam masala are sautéed with onion and potatoes. It is then stuffed in dough balls made of maida, ajwain and salt before frying till golden brown.
