The Marketing Analyst is responsible for updating and creating product focused content via various forms of media as well as completing analysis of sales and market data to support the sales team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills and basic analytical skills. The candidate must also be comfortable working with management frequently and owning management level projects with aggressive timelines. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated, highly organized, multi-task oriented with minimal supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
• Assist with the design, plan and monitoring of product marketing campaigns
• Prepare, supervise, organize and own the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs
• Identify and create marketing value adds and final videos/presentations based on different media
• Responsible for filing and tracking all new product test results and updating product brochures with up-to-date data and testing from the Technology Lab
• Responsible for rolling out any materials or material updates to the sales team and making sure that they are aware of any changes
• Maintain and update information on the organizations website
• Assist with maintaining and measuring digital marketing program tactics, including: SEO, PPC, and Social Media
• Create and execute social media marketing plans (plan, outreach and follow through)
• Manage and update information and engage with users on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
• Responsible for planning and creating marketing automation programs for new product announcements and roll-outs
• Create automated email marketing platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications preferred
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internships in undergrad
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing programs, including SEO, PPC and Social Medias
• Strong organizational skills, time task management, initiative, and a sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proficiency in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with WordPress or similar web development CMS platforms
• Social media experience
• Excellent data comprehension and writing skills
• An eagerness to learn and a personable demeanor
